• Contact and school enquiry forms: your name, email address, school or library name (if given) and your message.

We do not knowingly collect information from children. Our forms are intended for parents, carers, teachers and other adults.

• To send you the newsletter you asked for (lawful basis: your consent).
• To reply to your messages and enquiries (lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you).

We never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run this website and our emails: Netlify for the website and forms, and MailerLite for the newsletter. They only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hello@hushkettle.com.
